- A consignor can pick up payouts owing to them with 48 hours notice but must have valid identification. Only consignor or those persons listed on the account can pick up the payout with valid ID. Consignors have six months to collect payouts and after this time the payout becomes the property of Round Two Boutique. Consignors must be 18 years of age or older.
- Round Two Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed items. However, all reasonable care and precautions will be taken to prevent such losses from occurring.
- Round Two Boutique reserves the right to limit the times for, types of, and the amount of consignment accepted in the store. At its discretion, Round Two may temporarily halt the receipt of consignments to avoid processing congestion and overstock.
- Unsold items (unless otherwise stated) become the property of Round Two Boutique at the end of the consignment period. These items will then be donated to a local charity which is determined by Round Two Consignment Boutique.
